7 Day Women's Pilates Retreat in Bali

Slow down and reconnect — with movement, good food, and yourself.

Each morning begins with Pilates in our Legian Reformer studio, guided by experienced instructors who’ll help you build strength, mobility, and balance.

After class, enjoy nourishing meals prepared by our private chef — fresh, colourful dishes inspired by Bali’s local ingredients. Meals are shared, relaxed, and filled with conversation among women from around the world who come here with the same intention: to pause, reset, and grow.

Throughout the week, you’ll experience Bali through movement and exploration. Surf with local guides, join a hands-on Balinese cooking class, and spend a full day focused on recovery — spa treatments, infrared sauna, and cold plunges to restore both body and mind.

Midweek, we’ll spend a day in Uluwatu — visiting cliffside temples, swimming at hidden beaches, and taking time to simply enjoy the island’s pace.

You’ll also take time inward with a mindfulness and meditation workshop led by a Bali-based psychotherapist, and a women’s circle designed to help you reflect, share, and reconnect.

We close the week with a relaxed farewell dinner — good food, good company, and a sense of calm that tends to linger long after you’ve returned home.

You’ll leave with thoughtful gifts from local artisans, captured memories from our in-house photographer, and a feeling that something has gently shifted — for the better.
